This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with Exara. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Exara. We want Exara to be a safe place for personal reflection, and these rules help keep it that way.

Use Exara for yourself

Exara is for your own personal development and self-reflection. Use it for yourself, with your own account, and only if you are 18 or older. Do not let anyone under 18 use Exara, and do not use it on behalf of someone under 18.

(d) to harass, bully, threaten, intimidate or harm anyone; or

(e) to impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

(b) systematically copy or extract Exara’s questions, the structure of its assessment or of its analyses, or the content it generates;

(c) create accounts by automated means, or create or use multiple accounts, to collect outputs or to get around limits; or

(d) sell, resell, license or commercially exploit Exara or its outputs.

Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy, or are likely to, we may take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting features, and suspending or terminating your account, as described in our Terms of Service. We may also act against uses that are not listed here but that cause, or are likely to cause, harm to other people, to the Service or to Exara.

Where the law requires it, or where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect someone from serious harm, we may report violations to law enforcement or other authorities and share relevant information with them.

Do not help or encourage anyone else to break this policy. If you see something that breaks it, please tell us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example to address new risks. Material changes are handled as described in “Changes to these Terms” in our Terms of Service. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.

Language

This Acceptable Use Policy is written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only. If there is any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails, to the extent permitted by law.
